Hello Dr Bellonzi
There are millions of people in Europe and America suffering malnutrition, i agree our diets are in our own hands,we have to put the time in to discover our own personal needs and get advice. There are also signs we can observe from our faces to our feet which can accurately indicate vitamin deficiencies and other health conditions, books on what to look for can be found online and good bookshops, supplements are neccessary as we cant get all we need from food alone.

I believe that it is possible to stay healthy into ripe old age and to prevent, stabilise and even perhaps to reverse, many of the chronic degenerative diseases.
Underpinning all my research and advice is this simple fact. Given the right nutrition and lifestyle, our bodies have amazing powers of self-healing and regeneration.

make sure you are taking vitamins that are without preservatives, artificial colors, dyes or chemicals, READ THE LABEL
the best vitamins are purchased at a health food store, not walmart or target, to be sure READ THE LABEL !!!

*nodding* in europe it's mandatory to label GM foods, but not in North America :(

Yeah. The USDA owns some land outside my hometown, and my dad told me that they genetically modify some kind of crops there. From the looks of it, it's mostly wheat since that's what the area mostly produces. He even uses fertilizer on his own crap, and told me not to spill it on my clothes because it was admittedly poison. That got me to thinking about my future consumption of OTC foods. Who knows what the labels are being honest about and not? |
